God has blessed us through VNC from the time we moved to Valparaiso as newlyweds in March 2004. My darling and delightful husband, Scott, was offered a job in the church at a time when we both would have happily taken any excuse to go somewhere new and do something different. God's calling to move to Valparaiso was very clear. Following our move, I immediately took a liking to our administrative assistant and happily helped her when she could use an extra hand. The church paid me for my services and it has been my joy to be an assistant to Juli off and on since then.
My ministry in the church is with the children. I love the children at VNC and continue to love them more and more the longer I know them. My fifth grade girls allow me to teach about God and joke around with them at the same time. We have a lot of fun.
Scott and I have two darlings at home, Preston and Keely. My biggest job right now also happens to be the most challenging...balancing love and discipline with our very two year old son, while loving and caring for our daughter.
